I was taking a walk with my dogs at the park.

I sat on my meditation rock for a while to rest.

There came a little girl (probably age 8 or 9).

She was on her scooter happily going by.

I said hi.

She stopped and said hi to me.

Then she said,

" I have a dog just like one of your dogs"

I said, "wow, how many dogs do you have?"

She replied, "One"

Then she said, "I have other animals, too."

and she started to list all the animals she had

at her house, horses, cows, pigs, fish, lizard, cat,

goat. I was amazed how many animals she said she had.

While I was listening to her, my mind started to

say,"It can't be true. She must be talking about

her dream land."

After she finished talking, I said,

"You must love animals!"

She said, "Yes!"

Then I told her that I loved animals, too.

Right before she started to walk off on her

scooter, she proudly said,

"I live on a big farm."

and she even mentioned exactly where she lived.

My doubt cleared instantly.

What she was talking about was

actually true, not dream land.

I felt ashamed about what I thought before.

My ego mind sometimes takes me away

from trusting and believing.

I told her with a smile

how lucky she was to live on a Big farm.

I thanked this little girl for my lesson today.

Trust..

Believe..

All will work out.

Believe in yourself.

The planet is trying to get our attention! It's at times like this that humanity needs to listen and act, adding our consciousness and prayers to situations like the one in Japan, and to the healing of the environment in general. As we wind closer to the Great Shift of the Ages, it's important that we lay an energetic foundation that will assist us in these trying times. As we go through a process of cleansing, old emotions come up

to the surface so we can let go.

When we let go, we can bring new energy,

new feelings into our being.

Here is a simple way for you to let go of negative emotions.

Please follow these steps and it will clear instantly.

1. Whenever you feel certain emotions come up,

allow yourself to feel it in your body.

(example: fear, pain, uncertainty, doubt, anger, resentment,

frustration, judgment, etc..)

2. Accept that you have it.

3.Then give yourself a permission to let it go.

Since nobody likes to be forced to do anything,

you ask yourself,

“Would you allow yourself to let it go?”

You say, “Yes!” (if you are ready)

4. Ask, “Could you?”

You say, “Yes!”

5. Ask, “When?”

You say, “ Now!”

How to connect with your angels

Angel blessings to you all.

Here is one way to connect with your angels.

There are many ways to do it and it is nice if you can find the best way that works for you.

You can be creative!

Take a deep breath and relax.

And close your eyes and ask your angel to come to you.

Ask her/his name silently and you will receive the name.

Usually the first name that come to your mind is the one.

Please don't try to think about the name.

Just relax and allow the name to come to you.

If you don't get a name, it is Ok, too.

Just call your angel whatever name you feel like calling and it will be perfect.

Ask your angel to be above your head.

Forcus on your heart and decide to open your heart.

When you feel grateful for something, your heart will be open nanturally.

So think about something that you are grateful for.

Remember that you are love.

And feel Love in your heart.

Then from your heart to your angel's heart, send a beam of golden light

and connect your heart with her heart.

When you feel connected, send your love to your angel's heart upward.

Continue sending for a few minutes.

Next it is your turn to receive love from your angel.

Be open to receive.

Feel the love coming from your angel.

Allow the love to flow into your heart and to your whole body.

You deserve to receive love.

You are so loved.

When you feel connected with your angel in your heart,

you can ask your angel a question or ask for some guidance for you.
